CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 12.8.10
Definitions for Division 3"transferring building society" means a transferring financial institution of a State or Territory mentioned in paragraph (a) of the definition of transferring financial institution of a State or Territory in clause 1 of Schedule 4 to the Act.
"transferring credit union" means a transferring financial institution of a
State or Territory mentioned in paragraph (b) of the definition of
transferring financial institution of a State or Territory in clause 1
of Schedule 4 to the Act.
