CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 10.2.98
Registers, documents and things kept before FSR commencement(1) For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies if:
(a) a person was required, under a provision of the relevant old legislation, to keep a register, document or other thing for a specified period; and
(b) the period had not ended before the FSR commencement.
(2) On and after the FSR commencement, the provision and the
period are taken to continue in force to the extent necessary to require the
person to keep the register, document or thing for the specified period.
