CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 10.2.79

    For section   1444 of the Act, a reference in the following provisions of the Act to a Product Disclosure Statement includes a disclosure document under Chapter   6D of the old Corporations Act:

  (a)   paragraph   1012C(6)(b);

  (b)   paragraph   1012C(8)(c);

  (c)   subparagraph   1012D(2)(b)(i).
