CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 10.2.47

                For section 1444 of the Act, paragraph 912A (2) (b) of the Act does not apply in relation to a financial services licensee at any time within 2 years after the FSR commencement unless, at that time:

                (a)    there is an external dispute resolution scheme in existence that satisfies subparagraphs 912A (2) (b) (i) and (ii) of the Act; and

               (b)    the external dispute resolution scheme has been in existence for a period of at least 3 months.
