CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 10.2.42
Reference to financial services licensee: section 916D of the Act(1) For section 1444 of the Act, section 916D of the Act is taken to prohibit a regulated principal from being the authorised representative of a financial services licensee if the authorisation would authorise the regulated principal to provide financial services that are within the regulated principal's regulated activities.
(2) Subregulation (1) ceases to apply in relation to the
regulated principal at the end of the transition period in relation to the
regulated principal.
