Issuing or transferring the securities under a disclosure document(1) For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to a managed investment product.
(2) A reference in subsection 723(3) of the
old Corporations Act to a stock market of a securities exchange (whether in
Australia or elsewhere) includes a financial market (whether in Australia or
elsewhere).
