CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 10.2.171
Sale offers that need disclosure(1) For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to a managed investment product.
(2) A reference in subparagraph 707(2)(b)(ii) of the old Corporations Act to a stock market of a securities exchange includes a relevant financial market.
(3) A reference in subparagraph 707(5)(a)(ii) of the
old Corporations Act to a stock market of a securities exchange includes a
relevant financial market on which the securities mentioned in that
subparagraph were quoted.
