CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 10.2.146
Marketable parcel(1) For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to a regulated principal.
(2) A reference in the definition of marketable parcel in section 761 of the old Corporations Act to a stock market of a securities exchange includes a licensed market for securities.
(3) A reference in the definition of marketable parcel in
section 761 of the old Corporations Act to the relevant business rules
of a stock market of a securities exchange includes the relevant operating
rules of a licensed market for securities.
