Documents signed or sworn in accordance with the rules of court(1) A document that is signed in accordance with the rules of court is taken to have been signed in accordance with regulation 1.0.11.
(2) An affidavit or statement that is sworn or made in
accordance with the rules of court is taken to have been sworn or made in
accordance with regulation 1.0.15.
