CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 1.0.11
Certain documents to be signed by personal representatives etc Unless these Regulations state otherwise, a document relating to
a corporation that is a proprietary company to which section 201F of
the Act applies that does not have a director or secretary must be signed by
the personal representative or trustee mentioned in that section.
