Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies to all records that relate to any copying of, or communication of a copy of, a broadcast carried out, or taken, under subsection 135H (3) of the Act, to have been carried out by, or on behalf of, the administering body in a quarter.
(2) Copies of records that are to be sent to the collecting society under paragraph 135K (1) (d) of the Act must be sent by registered or certified mail, or otherwise as agreed between the administering body and the collecting society, not later than 21 days after the end of the quarter.
(3) In this regulation:
"quarter" means a period of 3 months beginning on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October in any year.
