Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor condition 3 of item 5 (Category D activities) of the table in subsection 116AH (1) of the Act, this Division prescribes the procedure to be followed in relation to a reference to copyright material that is provided by a carriage service provider on its system or network if:
(a) the owner, or an agent of the owner, of the copyright in the material believes, on reasonable grounds, that the material is infringing; and
(b) the owner or agent wishes the carriage service provider to remove or disable access to the reference to the material.
