Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The owner, or an agent of the owner, of the copyright in the copyright material must issue a notice of claimed infringement in relation to the copyright material to the carriage service provider's designated representative.
(2) A notice of claimed infringement must be in accordance with, or substantially in accordance with, the form set out in Part 3 of Schedule 10.
