COPYRIGHT REGULATIONS 1969 - REG 20H

Definitions for Division 3A.4

                In this Division:

"counter-notice" means a notice issued under regulation 20K.

"notice of claimed infringement" means a notice issued under regulation 20I.

"working day" , in a place, means a day that is not:

                (a)    a public holiday or a bank holiday in that place; or

               (b)    a Saturday or a Sunday.
