Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A carriage service provider must designate a person to be the representative of the carriage service provider (a designated representative ) to receive notifications and notices issued under this Part for the carriage service provider.
(2) The carriage service provider must publish a notice in a reasonably prominent location on its website setting out the following information:
(a) the title of the position of the designated representative;
(b) sufficient information to allow a person to contact the designated representative, including:
(i) an electronic mail address; and
(ii) a postal address; and
(iii) if available, a telephone number or fax number, or both.
