CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 99.450
Persons authorised to take body samples and conduct tests(1) For subsection 36(2) of the Act, a person is authorised to take body samples for drug or alcohol tests under Subpart 99.C if the person is approved by CASA to do so under subregulation 99.445(1).
(2) For subsection 36(3) of the Act, a person is authorised to conduct alcohol tests or initial drug tests under Subpart 99.C if the person is approved by CASA to do that under subregulation 99.445(2).
(3) For subsection 36(3) of the Act, a person is
authorised to conduct confirmatory drug tests under Subpart 99.C if the
person is approved by CASA to do that under subregulation 99.445(3).
