CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 91.055
Aircraft not to be operated in manner that creates a hazard(1) The pilot in command of an aircraft for a flight contravenes this subregulation if the aircraft is operated in a manner that creates a hazard to another aircraft, a person or property.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
