CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 67.125
Obligation to report If the holder of a medical certificate tells a DAME or DAO about
a medical condition that is safety - relevant, the DAME or DAO must inform
CASA of the condition within 5 working days.
