CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 66.180
Suspension of licence for failure to provide information If a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer does not comply with
a request under subregulation 66.175(1) by the date specified in the
request, his or her aircraft engineer licence is suspended on the day after
the date specified in the request.
