CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 65.225
Grant of licenceSubject to regulation 11.055, if a person has applied for the grant of a licence under this Part, CASA must grant the licence.
Note: Under regulation 201.004, an application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of:
(a) a decision refusing to issue, or cancelling, suspending or varying, a licence; or
(b) a decision imposing a condition on a licence.
