CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 61.270
Approval of language proficiency assessors(1) A person may apply to CASA, in writing, for approval to conduct aviation English language proficiency assessments.
(2) Subject to regulation 11.055, CASA must grant the
approval if CASA is satisfied that the person has successfully completed an
approved course of training in assessment of aviation English language.
