CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 61.230
Aeronautical knowledge examinations--knowledge deficiency reports(1) This regulation applies if a candidate for an aeronautical knowledge examination:
(a) passes the examination with a score of less than 100%; or
(b) fails the examination with a score of at least 51%.
(2) The body that conducts the examination must:
(a) prepare a report about the competency standards in which the candidate's knowledge is deficient; and
(b) give a copy of the report to the candidate; and
(c) if the examination was not conducted by the candidate's
training provider--give a copy of the report to the candidate's
training provider.
