CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 61.126
Conducting flight activities without having met proficiency check or flight review(1) A person who holds a flight crew licence, but has not met the proficiency check requirements for the conduct of an activity for which a proficiency check is required under this Part, is authorised to conduct the activity while the person undertakes the proficiency check.
(2) A person who holds a flight crew licence, but has not met
the flight review requirements for the conduct of an activity for which a
flight review is required under this Part, is authorised to conduct the
activity while the person undertakes the flight review.
