CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 61.1245
Limitations on exercise of privileges of training endorsements--general(1) The holder of an endorsement mentioned in column 1 of an item in table 61.1235 is authorised to conduct an activity mentioned in column 2 of the item in an aircraft only if the holder is authorised to exercise the privileges of each licence, rating or endorsement mentioned in column 3 of the item in the aircraft.
(2) The holder of an endorsement mentioned in column 1 of
an item in table 61.1235 is authorised to conduct an activity mentioned
in column 2 of the item in a flight simulation training device only if
the holder holds each licence, rating or endorsement mentioned in column
3 of the item.
