CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 61.007
Application of Part 61(1) This Part applies to flight in a registered aircraft of any of the following categories:
(a) aeroplane;
(b) helicopter;
(c) powered - lift aircraft;
(d) gyroplane;
(e) airship.
(2) The Part applies also to flight in a glider that is a
registered sailplane.
