CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 47.055
Entries in Register etc not conclusive evidence of title to aircraft(1) An entry in the Australian Civil Aircraft Register in relation to an aircraft is not conclusive evidence of the existence of a legal or beneficial property interest in the aircraft.
(2) A certificate of registration for an aircraft is not conclusive evidence of the existence of a legal or beneficial property interest in the aircraft.
