CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 47.030
Access to Australian Civil Aircraft Register(1) CASA must make the entries in the Australian Civil Aircraft Register about aircraft registered under Division 47.C.1 available for inspection by members of the public at reasonable times and places, and subject to reasonable conditions.
(2) CASA may comply with subregulation (1) by making the
information in those entries accessible on the internet or by another suitable
electronic means.
