CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 47.005

  (1)   This Part sets out:

  (a)   how aircraft are registered; and

  (b)   how registration marks are assigned to aircraft.

  (2)   It also sets out how dealer's marks are assigned to manufacturers, distributors and dealers of aircraft, and regulates their use.
