CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 42.815

    To issue a certificate of release to service on behalf of an approved maintenance organisation for an aeronautical product in relation to maintenance carried out on the product, an individual must:

  (a)   sign the certificate; and

  (b)   record the date of issue on the certificate.
