CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 21.603

  (1)   Except as provided in subregulation   21.617(3), a person may identify an article with an ATSO marking only if:

  (a)   the person holds an ATSO authorisation; and

  (b)   the article meets applicable ATSO, ETSO or TSO performance standards.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subregulation   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
