CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 21.114
Foreign supplemental type certificates A certificate (however described) for an aircraft, aircraft
engine or propeller that is issued by or for the national aviation authority
of a recognised country and is equivalent to a supplemental type certificate
that could have been issued by CASA (a foreign supplemental type certificate )
is taken to have been issued by CASA for these Regulations.
