CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 21.010C
References to countries with which Australia has agreements(1) In this Part, a reference to a country with which Australia has an agreement for the acceptance of aircraft includes a reference to a country with the national aviation authority of which CASA has an agreement for the acceptance of aircraft.
(2) In this Part, a reference to a country with which Australia
has an agreement for the acceptance of aircraft engines, propellers,
materials, parts or appliances includes a reference to a country with the
national aviation authority of which CASA has an agreement for the acceptance
of aircraft engines, propellers, materials, parts or appliances.
