CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 202.841
Applications for approval as a recognised organisation made but not finally determined before 27 June 2011(1) This regulation applies to a person if:
(a) before 27 June 2011, the person made an application for approval as a recognised organisation; and
(b) the application was not finally determined by CASA before 27 June 2011.
(2) On 27 June 2011, the person is taken to have made an
application under regulation 147.025 for approval as a
maintenance training organisation.
