CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 202.340
Having regard to other airworthiness authorities in granting aircraft engineer licences(a) a person holds, or has held, an airworthiness authority of the kind mentioned in paragraph 33B(1)(a) of CAR; and
(b) CASA grants an aircraft engineer licence to the person;
CASA must have regard to the authority in granting the licence.
