CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 202.308
Continuation of old authorisations(1) Despite the amendments, an old authorisation that was in force immediately before 1 September 2014 continues in force on and after 1 September 2014 according to its terms.
(2) These Regulations apply to the continued authorisation as if the authorisation were a certificate of competency.
(3) The continued authorisation ceases to be in force at its cessation time.
(4) Subregulation (3) applies despite Parts 11 and
