CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 202.222
Reference to holder of a certificate of registration(1) A reference in CAR to the holder of a certificate of registration of an aircraft is taken to be a reference to the registered operator of the aircraft.
(2) A duty imposed on the holder of a
certificate of registration of an aircraft is taken to be imposed on the
registered operator of the aircraft.
