CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 202.215
Directions--aircraft with special configuration(1) This regulation applies to a written direction that was in force under regulation 45.105 immediately before 4 July 2016.
(2) The direction has effect, on and after 4 July 2016,
as if it were an approval granted under regulation 45.065.
