CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 149.345
Compliance with exposition(1) An ASAO must not contravene a provision of the ASAO's exposition.
(2) An ASAO commits an offence of strict liability if the ASAO contravenes subregulation (1).
