CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 147.060
Changes to maintenance training organisations that are not significant changes(1) A change that is not a significant change to a maintenance training organisation must be made in accordance with the amendment procedure set out in the organisation's exposition.
(2) If such a change is made, the organisation must, within 28 days after making the change:
(a) update its exposition; and
(b) give CASA written notice of the change and a copy of the
updated part of the exposition.
