CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 143.115
Applicability of this Subpart(a) sets out certain administrative rules applying to CASA in its administration of this Part; and
(b) includes certain generic provisions applying to anyone who
wants to become, or is, an ATS training provider.
