CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 143.060
Training plan An ATS training provider must have, and put into effect, a
training plan for the training relating to air traffic services covered by its
approval that is in accordance with the standards and requirements set out in
the Manual of Standards - Part 65.
