CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 142.150

  (1)   A Part   142 operator commits an offence if:

  (a)   the operator makes a change; and

  (b)   the change is not made in accordance with the process described in the operator's exposition for making changes.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against this regulation is an offence of strict liability.
