CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 141.265
Part 141 operators--compliance with operations manual by operator(1) A Part 141 operator commits an offence if the operator contravenes a provision of its operations manual.
(2) An offence against this regulation is an offence of strict
liability.
