CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 139.885
System for rectification of service failures There must be a system, in accordance with the standards or
requirements in the Manual of Standards, to rectify any failure that results
or may result in an interruption in the service or a reduction in the standard
of the service.
