CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 132.220
Notice to operator if new permit index number assigned If a new permit index number is assigned to a
limited category aircraft, and the registered operator is not the
aircraft's operator, the administering authority for the aircraft must
give written notice of the assignment of the new permit index number to the
aircraft's operator.
