CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 132.130
Sightseeing flights prohibited(1) The operator of a limited category aircraft contravenes this subregulation if an adventure flight of the aircraft is marketed or represented as a sightseeing flight.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
