CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 132.090
Adventure flight procedures required(1) The operator and the pilot in command of a limited category aircraft each contravene this subregulation if, when the aircraft begins an adventure flight, there are no adventure flight procedures for the aircraft.
(2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1).
