CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 129.050
Foreign air transport AOC--manner of giving CASA information etc. If, under section 27AB, 27AC or 27AE of the Act, an
applicant for a foreign air transport AOC is required to lodge, or give CASA,
a manual, information or a document, the operator must lodge, or give CASA,
the manual, information or document in English.
