CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 101.460

  (1)   A person must not cause anything to be dropped or discharged from a rocket in a way that creates a hazard to an aircraft.

Penalty:   25 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subregulation   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
