Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The holder of the certificate of registration for an aircraft for which there is an approved system of maintenance may, in writing, request CASA or an authorised person to approve a proposed change to the system.
(2) The request must be accompanied by a copy of the proposed change.
